Before any arrangement begins, a member of our team meets with the prospective resident and their family to understand daily preferences, routines and the level of support that feels right.
We Agree in Writing
What is included in the chosen plan is confirmed in a plain-language written summary before the arrangement starts. Families are encouraged to ask questions at every stage.
We Review and Adapt
Residents' needs change over time. Our arrangements can be adjusted as life evolves — with conversation rather than paperwork at the centre of any change.
Plan One
Daily Living Support
Discreet help with everyday tasks — tidying, laundry, errands and gentle reminders — offered by a familiar host so each day stays easy and unhurried, with as much or as little support as the resident prefers. This plan suits those who value their independence but find certain tasks more manageable with a little help close by.

Plan Two
Excursions & Day Outings
Regular small-group outings to markets, parks, temples and the harbourfront, with comfortable transport and a host accompanying the group throughout. This plan keeps residents meaningfully connected to Hong Kong — the city they know and love — without the concern of navigating it alone.
